VOLUNTARY – Treasurer of the Littlehampton Fort Restoration Project

In October 2019 we will have a vacancy on the Management Team for a Treasurer. The role will be to keep the Charities accounts up to date ready for end of year. Our accounts are very simple and so no qualifications are required but a good working understanding of excel and spreadsheets would be essential.

In addition to looking at the finances of the project you would be a part of the management team and would have an influence on how the project progresses both in the short term and longer term.

Good communications skills are a must and also an easy go attitude and personality. It is imperative that as a Management team we all have good interpersonal skills.

You will need to be able to commit to monthly meetings and working days. Working days are a weekly event for the project, and so if this element is of interest to you, we would ask for a commitment of 2 working days a month. These could be afternoons or weekends. (the working days is desirable not essential)

This is a VOLUNTARY role and so NOT paid!
